  主要研究植物生长发育、乙烯信号转导、抗逆分子机理等。担任国际学术期刊Plant Cell Reports、Gene、Plant Gene副编辑;山东遗传学会理事、山东植物生理学会常务理事;新万博体育网教授委员会主任;山东省泰山学者。在国际著名期刊PNAS, Plant Cell,Plant J, Plant Mol Biol, J Exp Bot, JIPB等发表学术论文40余篇,论文引用4000余次。承担国家自然科学基金、山东省科技研发等多项课题。
